Sometimes, maybe all of the time, the world of online dating can feel overwhelming- whether you're newly single and not interested in online dating, or you've tried it and found it... well, disappointing.

As the owner behind  BDBC, online dating felt like mindless scrolling - spending too much time hoping something, someone, would would catch my interest. But even following messages and meet-ups, the process never felt "right". For me - a self-proclaimed introvert, online dating felt too pressured, surface-level, and it left little room for the deeper connections I wanted. 

That's why I created Blind Date Book Club (BDBC). 

BDBC is for anyone who prefers meaningful, low-pressure connections, and has a willingness to put down the phone and pick up a book.  BDBC changes the online dating landscape to create community and make space for authentic connection. It's a space to celebrate stories, celebrate ourselves, and celebrate the possibility of something new.
